So I was shuttled onto another project. I'm not sure if this is an extension of the old project (which is supposed to be ending) or if this is a new thing that's being pushed on us. Obviously, managers are being vague and I can only decipher their meanings from cryptic posts made on Reddit. I won't complain too much, though, because this project is remarkably easy. It makes me almost nervous with how easy it is.
Moving on, I ordered a gorgeous statuette a few days ago from the TikTok shop, just to see how it is. It's the third time I've ordered something from the shop, and the first time I did it for myself. I was shocked that it arrived days earlier than I was told - literally just five days after I ordered it. Meanwhile, another package I ordered from another vender is STILL in the process of being shipped and likely won't arrive until next week, even though I was told it should have arrived three days ago.
Fun times to be had.
Now I'm eyeing a resin statue of my favorite Marvel heroine, and it's $200 for a deposit. I don't mind since I have the money, but I'm gonna wait for the other package to arrive just because it's supposed to have furniture to add onto my office, and there's nowhere to put the statue in. As it is, the one that arrived today is going to have to chill on the bookshelf until the other packages arrive.
