An update on the pipe situation - it's the boiler itself. We had someone come by to check it out, and it turns out the boiler is busted. So we need to replace it. Problem is we don't have the money, and I won't be paid until the 16th, in three weeks. So, unless someone is willing to lend us money, we're not going to have hot water for the next three weeks. And that's not touching on the other leak that's popped up.
Ugh. Uuuuuugh.
