A pipe burst somewhere in this house. No clue where. At first, we thought it was a pipe that burst somewhere in the boiler. Buuuut. When I went to pick something up and drove back, I immediately saw a massive puddle forming by the side of the house, and it's coming from somewhere inside. But the thing is that the activity sounds like it's coming from behind our boiler, but the water is leaking on the opposite end, and there's no water linking anywhere in between. So... where's the leak?
Ugh. This was supposed to be the year I saved up to go on vacation to Austin, but it's looking more and more likely that I push that to next year. I had plans to go during summer, possibly around July, because I'm heading back to school by next fall. But then the bills hit higher than normal, and now this. Granted, it's possible our insurance can cover it. At first we thought it was the boiler, which wasn't covered, but if it's a pipe, then it likely is. The deductible will be a pain, but hopefully not something too bad.
I just have to save up again for the trip. But still. What a PAIN.
